John is a California Licensed Architect with over 15 years of experience in Architectural practice on Custom Residential, Retail and Commercial / Office buildings, combined with 15 years as an Administrator and Architect for cities community development departments. His unique experience with both public and private sectors as well as design and artistic talents, has made John highly skilled at various interfaces including local and statewide government approval and entitlements.
 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from UCI and a Masters in Architecture from UCLA school of Architecture and Planning.
