The PCBC is "dedicated to advancing the art, science and business of housing, PCBC is the largest home building trade show representing the west coast region." Tarane Rahmani was the lead designer at BLA when this Gold Nugget was awarded for the Shangling Lake 223 project in Hangzhou, China.
