Jeff has a passion for creating compelling places that offer high quality experiences that deliver on clients’ proformas. As a master planner, with over 25 years of experience, he leads multi-disciplinary design teams across a variety of project types, design disciplines, geographies & cultures including residential communities, mixed-use, retail/ dining and entertainment venues, cultural attractions, and resorts.

Jeff has led designs for world class clients across the globe. He holds a B.S. in Planning & Landscape Architecture from The University of Virginia, graduate study Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania, and Fleischer Art School, Philadelphia Museum of Art.
